Syn·er·gy-in-Action

My goal for Syn·er·gy is to empower individuals to be pro-active in their own Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual health. By addressing all four quadrants of 'the self', it isn't merely a 'band-aid' solution to a problem or issue. As each individual is unique, so is the approach to their long term Wellness. Another goal for I have for Syn·er·gy is to make self-care affordable to everyone, regardless of their financial position.

Referrals

Many people, upon our first meeting, ask: "Are you any good?".  I find this question difficult to answer. I don't think that I am 'the answer' for everyone, but I do think that there are many people who can benefit from my services. I prefer to let others speak for my abilities in the hope that the person asking the question will be able to have their question answered fully, by someone who has directly experienced my services. With this in mind, I have begun a new program to say 'thank you' to all of those people who refer people to me.

For every 3 people you refer to me (who receive bodywork, coaching or counseling) you will receive one free session (of bodywork, coaching or counseling).
